The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a track record of attracting new business opportunities and successfully converting them, have good analytical and problem solving skills, make well reasoned decisions regarding the business in a timely manner, demonstrate initiative, flexibility and personal drive, act as part of a team and be able to demonstrate ability to work independently. The successful candidate will hold a table 4 qualification in accordance with the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 as it relates to Trust Company Business.
